Aircraft rental is available through our sister company, Colorado Flight Center, or through other local FBOs and flight schools. Aircraft rental rates vary depending on the type of aircraft you would like to fly. We are happy to arrange aircraft rental for you, however all costs associated with aircraft rental and checkout are the responsibility of the renter.

We will arrange for all fueling and tie-down services, however the cost of the fuel is your responsibility.

These prices do not include:

■ Transportation to or from Grand Junction, Colorado
■ Aircraft rental, if required
■ Licensing Fees, Flight Review, or additional flight instruction, if required
■ Activities on the "Free Days"
■ Some meals
■ Alcoholic beverages
■ Any personal costs such as telephone calls, souvenirs, travel insurance, etc.

Payment Terms:  A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to hold your reservation.  A 50% payment is required 90 days prior to your tour date.  The balance is required 45 days prior to arrival in Grand Junction (or Helena, Montana for Midnight Sun participants.)  Payment may be made by check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:  If cancellation occurs before 45 days prior to your tour date, Parkwest will credit the total amount of all deposits paid toward a future tour one time. If cancellation occurs within the last 45 days before the tour, Parkwest can only provide this credit if we are able to sell your tour space.
